Colonial Military Administration

The Colonial Military Administration (CMA) was created by the Unified Earth Government in the 2300's. It's original purpose was to serve as the controlling body for UNSC ships and ground forces reassigned to colonial protective operations. However, over the years it's role gradually became usurped by the UNSC.
