The Primal Universal Imperium serves as the main political faction of the mighty Primal race. It has existed ever since their creation (which was most likely sextrillions of years earlier) and has been serving it ever since. It's reach spans all over Universe One. It was destroyed when the Precursors trapped the Primal's in the Supreme Sphere. Hydra has tried to reborn the Primal Universal Imperium, but failed when finally destroyed by the Precursor Sovereign Dominion.
